Alright, one of them I'm quite guilty of - the "am I don't this right?". I just don't want to be doing it in poor form! But, typically only the first time we do an exercise, after that I'm good.

I love Irish accents... and Scottish.... I'd even settle for a British accent.... Also, despite the fact that I'm from Oklahoma, a good southern accent coming from an educated person really gets me going. I can't stand the sound of the Boston, Jersey, or New York accents though... they drive me nuts.

Thank you - I know I've been lucky, but I've always worked very hard to get where I am, so it's kind of like a little reward to not have to worry about anything (other than that dreaded thesis!) for a while.

Yogurt, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, miracle whip, etc. For the yogurt - sour cream it's a texture thing even more than the taste, but mayo/miracle whip are just gross. Also, I don't eat fruit. Don't like sweet things. I'll eat blueberries, occasionally. That's it.

My average heart rate when I'm running is from 180-185. Max is usually around 195. I hate running with a passion. Only trying to do it so I don't feel so bad when my best friend runs with me at stuff like the color run.

My typical day: Wake up at 7, work by 7:30-7:45 (once my alarm goes off, I'm AWAKE. Blessing and a curse). Work 7:30/7:45 - 5:10 Gym 5:30 - 6:30 Free time for dinner/shower/etc 6:30-10:30 Sleep (including lay in bed time, for about 30 minutes) 10:30 - 7am (so about 9 hours of sleep) I sleep a lot, I know.

You do realize, however, that this show is called DINERS (notorious for greasy, fatty, delicious food), DRIVE-IN'S (notorious for quick, cheap, delicious food), and DIVES (hole-in-the wall places that make delicious food). So, it's not like every restaurant is like that.... just the best ones :P haha.

Thought that too, but the machine usually says I burn around 615-640 anyway, so really what it showed was 'normal" for me, which is just throwing me for that much more of a curveball.

Ok thank you for that suggestion, Azdak. I know my average heart rate during the workout was 157 but the highest I got was 177 for a couple of mins. I will try out your treadmill suggestion. Thanks again.
