Hello, I'm 5'5.5". HW 236 CW 194. I am curvy and proportionate and am wanting to get below 150. My next goal is 50 pounds lost(I have 8 pounds to go).

I completed the program a couple of years ago and fell off the wagon. Tonight I finished w1d1. Glad to have a week 1 thread where we can all share. I'm doing mine on a treadmill and elliptical right now.

I'm in the 50 and under crowd. When I am really being strict 1 or 2 days a week i try to stay under 30. This has worked well for me. 3 pounds or more a week. Everyone is different though.

I became active on MFP again on Nov. 4, 2011. As of today I am down 41.4 pounds. I have about 45 more pounds to go to be in a "healthy" range.

I have lost 40 pounds = a 5-gallon bottle of water or an average human leg or my 5yo daughter LOL. She only weighs 39 pounds!

An MFP pal shared this one and it has become my favorite. "Motivation doesn't last, neither does bathing that is why it is recommended daily" I read the success board daily to help keep up my motivation.
