Still breastfeeding my 12 month old about 3-4 times a day. Tried 2000 cal\day with 500 deficit last time but it didn't work. Have…

I am! I'm doing a workout from Strength one day and Cardio the next for 5 days. Strength: Cardio as 3:2. I favour more of strength because I want to build muscle. I'm only on day 2 but I'm enjoying the short workouts. I do them 1st thing in the morning and I'm done for the day. So far I've done T25, JM 30 Body Rev and…

Measure and record every single thing you put into your mouth. Try and calculate your TDEE. Total daily enerygy expenditure. Then deduct 10-15% of TDEE and eat the reminder. Do not eat your exercise calories. Worked for me.. before that I stalled for a year.

It's not enough to just have a vague idea. You actually need to log it all to be certain.

I would love to elope. I'm strongly inclined to do that for my wedding because I can't be bothered with all the extra additional hassle. We are thinking of the Caribbean. We might invite very close friends and immediate family and if they can't attend, we may just go ahead anyways.

So many of us have been wired to think that good exercise equates to pain and non-enjoyment, that we find it hard to believe that we can have so much fun and burn so many calories at the same time. I remember the 1st time I did a full class at 55mins and burned 590 cals. I was sweating buckets but still couldn't believe my…

I easily burn 600cals (measured with my hrm) plus in 60mins with Zumba Fitness Core . It doesn't seem like an hour because time goes by so quickly, I don't notice how much fun I am having.

There was the dude whom got on the treadmill clad in his velour tracksuit and gold chain. In his pocket? His phone, Kindle, car keys and at least £10 in change. How do I know what the contents were? Because they all flew out his pocket the second he jumped on and proceeded to go into an immediate sprint.

Great progress!! Well done!

At the moment it's cottage cheese mixed with some jam or a tsp of options belgian chocolate for a chocolatey dessert. It's also great that it really helps to bump up my protein!

I started Zumba on the wii and I'm totally loving it... a 60min workout just flies by!

I intend to up my calories to maintenance levels and stick to that.

I understand your fear. I share similar sentiments. When I look back, the only times I have fallen out of my working out routine has been because I was sick. I think I have managed to work around the issue by having some low-impact exercises introduced into my routine. So that when I am on the tail end of a cold/flu bout I…

Since you drink milk. Greek Yoghurt and Cottage cheese are excellent sources of protein. The latter is also very wallet friendly.
