I love my Beats StudioWireless headphones. I use the over the ear model and it blocks out any external noise, if you set the volume high enough. The only thing you have to remember to do after every workout is wipe the pads down. If you don't, over time, the stink will build up and its almost impossible to get it out. Oh…

I try not to workout on an empty stomach...that being said, i workout at 4 am and i have a protein shake and pre-workout on my drive to the gym. Not sure if that constitutes and empty stomach.

I transitioned from the FitBit Surge to the Apple Watch Series 2....I love my new Apple Watch and wouldn't go back to the FitBit. The Apple Watch is more rugged, believe it or not, and it has more functions other than fitness tracking. I also like how it helps links up with the Apple Health App. There are lots of apps that…

Thank you SpinSpinSugar69 for posting this link! I was wondering if there was an on-line community like Fitbit has. I have been using UA Record as my on-line community.

I have had that problem. Recently purchased the Series 2 Apple Watch. What i found was that the watch has to be tight on your wrist, without cutting off circulation. I primary do weight workouts and found that if i leave it too loose, then the heart rate becomes very cyclic. Try it and see if it helps.

3:50 am every morning during the week. Weekends, around 9 am. The gym is virtually empty early in the morning and I don't have to wait on equipment or put up with the socialites who occupy equipment for extended periods of time. Makes workouts more pleasant! :)

Cardio: Twice a week, HIIT and bike. Weights: 5 Times per week hitting each body part. Too many exercises and reps to write...we'd be here all day. Food: Tracking well during the week...but the weekend is where I fall off the wagon...usually more than 1 cheat meal each weekend.

I've had one Fitbit Surge since they were released early last year. Before that, I had a Fitbit One. I've never had a problem except when I jumped in the pool with my Surge. That was my fault. Put it in rice for a week and it works great, lasts a long time. And that happened last summer.

I love love love my Surge! I don't do as much cardio, and spend most of my time on the weights. I can get a relatively accurate count of my calories burned during my weight workouts and the app/website keeps track of it. I have not explored everything on the surge yet...waiting for warm weather!

Susan, here is the link to the tutorial for posting pics in the forum. I use photobucket to upload my pics. Once you get your pics uploaded, go to your library and hover your pointer over the pic you want to select. You will see a 'gear' icon. Hover over that and click 'Get Links'. Once you do that, you will see four URLs.…
