It does. Go to your home page. At the top select Goals. At the bottom of your Goals page, select Change Goals. On the next page, select Custom and you can manually change what you want, including macros. You can also go through a guided set up. However, I prefer to use manual, myself. Let me know if you need any other help!

Nope, not crazy or abby-normal! Pretty much sound like everyone else in this world trying to make a change in their nutrition. Two suggestions for you...get all the junk food out of the house and add a protien shake to your diet (and a piece of fruit, too). The protein tricks your brain into thinking you are full. Anytime…

Thanks for the advice guys. Before i start the program, I'm going to make sure I have my diet right. I know that is probably the biggest thing holding me back. I will get it...just may take a lot of reading, some guidance, and a little experimenting. Thanks again!

I used to have the same problem about getting up and going to the gym hungry. Now, if I go in the mornings, I have a protein shake and a piece of fruit or a clif bar. Gotta have those additional carbs to keep you going through the workout. I loved working out in the mornings, but since I changed jobs last year, I dont have…
