Havent heard of anything like that. The best app IMHO, is Jefit, which you can use to keep track of your fitness progress and plan your workouts. They have a free and pay version. Dont drop the cash for the pay vesion. I did and found it wasnt worth it.

Motley Crue, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Poison, AC/DC. Green Day is the best, though. Very upbeat!

I used to have this issue, but figured out that if I start to feel it coming on, start wiggling your toes. It will get the circulation moving again in your lower extremeties. I have only ever had this problem on machines like ellipticals where your feet (toes) are relatively stationary. Hope this helps!

This is one of my pet peeves at the gym. When you are at the gym you should have a towel to wipe yourself down and any benches/weight equipment that you sweat on.
