I feel your pain...I'm in the same weight range, same height and I want to lose between 15-20 lbs... I usually burn about 380 on the non boot camp days and anywhere from 350-530 calories on boot camp days. I feel like I'm not doing enough too...

I started Level 1, Day 1 yesterday. Probably won't do it everyday though because I do a boot camp 2-3 days a week. Figured this would be a good work out to fill in the days I don't do boot camp.
