Get things that you can take a long with you to class. I am also a student and this is what I do. You need to fuel your body. Take an apple or bananas. You can also find other goodies that are low in cals to take.

I don't like to eat before had because it makes my stomach upset...but that is just me!

When I first started drinking a ton of water I was doing the same thing. After I got use to it, I don't as much anymore.

I also find that dinner is hard to find... If you have no other option but to eat those types of food watch the portions. That is what I do. If my family is having something I really want, I eat it in moderation.

Just keep telling yourself how great you feel when you are working and progressing. Start exercising and I can garuntee after 5 minutes, you won't stop!

I guess it depends on what you want to do. I rely on photos and measurements more then I number on a scale. Pictures tell a thousand wards! You'd be amazed at the way you see yourself in a mirror then look at pictures and saw WOW, I really look good here.

Agreed on your post! There are days where I OBSESS over this stuff. I literally will spend hours looking up calories of found. But I also find when I don't watch it as closely I do lose!

The problem with the calories burned given on MFP is that people of all different sizes and weights use it so my calories burned will be completely different then someone who is 5'10 160lbs. I'd suggest getting a heart rate monitor. it changed everything for me!

If your body is burning that it needs to refuel. Not saying either is wrong. There are days where I don't eat them, days where I eat some, and some where I eat all. If you are building muscle, they need fuel or you could go into what they call "starvation" mode.

I also keep a calender. It is really helpful. This isn't really something to help but it is known that it takes abour 30 days to create a habit. So, if you continue on a routine for about that long, it will become apart of your day to day life. You will no longer have to think about it!

I get a veggie on flat bread! I don't care what they think about it. They have it on the menu for a reason!

Yes! Flexibility is key! It can be a challenge but it is so refreshing. Definitely makes your muscles feel great! I know different brands of pills have different effects. Some can cause you to gain, lose, have irregular periods, increase in appetite. Going over on Protein isn't terrible for you. Just don't go WAY over.

120 is NOT unhealthy for you at all! I am also 5'3...I am 125 right now and my goal is 115 but would be happy with 120. When I was 110 a few years ago, my doctors told me that was a healthy weight for me. Not to mention NOW I am more about muscle gain. You are all good:)
