I have a larger chest as well. The only sports bras that give me enough support are Under Armor. Unfortunetly they are 44 bucks but I need it!

Sometimes, when I see a drop in weight, I get so excited that I feel I can go have this HUGE meal...not always the best option but only have myself to blame!

I am on my second round right now. I absolutely LOVE this program. I had amazing results the first round then I gained some of the weight back and I am at it again.
-
Agreed! I pig out on that stuff!

It can make a difference. You could be gaining muscle. That doesn't mean it will stop your weight loss program. When you do something new, your body will react differently if it's not use to it. It will definitely help you lose inches. Strength training is very important so don't quit!

I wouldn't skip out on the core workouts. It is highly beneficial. You can do the schedule to fit your needs..if you want to add cardio, do the core 20 plus one of the cardio workouts. It won't hurt and it will only help! You will love to grow strength workouts.

It definitely takes motivation, dedication, and devotion. I am a senior in college myself. There are plenty of people on MFP that have to balance just as much, if not more, then you and they still MAKE the time to workout. Even if you can only get in 30 minutes a day...DO IT. Also, do smaller things like take the stairs…

Finished this program last year and had great results.

I am obsessed with water ( weird I know ) and when I gave up pop it was very hard at first...I find it is so much easier to drink water when it has ice in it and ice cold. Maybe that could help?

I always find that if I have been eating well for a few weeks..one day of bad food choices actually helps me lose. But, everyone is different.

I like the Nike Training App. It has a combination of cardio and strength training exercises.

I don't trust digital scales. I use the dial kind. Those are the type that most doctors use (other than the tall scales) and are the most reliable. There is less of a chance of miss calculation. With a digital, you risk the battery dying, other profiles on the scale.

Just had subway for lunch! I get a veggie on flatbread, 6', lettuce, tomato, pickle, lite mayo, and mustard!
-
I've gotten naked tenders (kids portion..3 tenders) and a side salad with fat free ranch. I cut up the chicken and put it in the salad!

I think that is completely up to you. I think that the better results come in the later phases then the first so I wouldn't restart.
-
No. That is what the activity level is for when you first signed up! Asks you how active you are. At least I don't. I don't log shopping or cleaning or anything like that

I just got the Polar FT4 last weekend and love it so far. A world of difference from my old one. I'd suggest the Polar brand.

You look incredible!

If you must ear her foods...eat in moderation! That is how I enjoy the foods that are hard for me to give up. Portion control is everything!
-
I like to get my capris and pants from target.

I always thought that natural sugars aren't as bad for you. I normally don't pay attention to the sugar in fruits

I started my second round of Chalean Extreme at the gym...the circuits anyways. My package of the program came with a book that showed each strength training exercise so I would take that with me to the gym and follow it. Since it was my second time around it was easier because I knew I had form down and everything.

Don't let it drag you down. It won't help your progress if you concentrate on someone who isn't willing to be supportive and help you through the process. I'm sure, in the process, you will gain even better friends who want nothing more then to see you succeed and share their successes with you!

it's under strength training.

My boyfriend is a police officer and works many shifts like that as well. He usually goes straight to the gym once he gets off in the morning then comes home to sleep. His workouts are only about 45 mins long and he finds that it helps him fall asleep better. You just have to get into a routine. Once you do it for a few…
