Having a bad run only motivates me to run faster and harder the next time. It took me a long time to be able to run without doing walking breaks. Now I am so proud that I can do 5km without walking. I ran when it was very hot the other day, and I didn't go for as long because I was sweating buckets. I went when it was raining the other day and I sweat just as much near the end of my run. So no matter the heat (or lack thereof) I am going to keep running until I hit my goal for that day, sweat or no sweat!

I don't. I try to just do stuff outside at least 5-6 days a week. I generally go for a run, if not I will go inline skating, or biking once I fix my tire. I have a gym in my condo and since my knee's are starting to act up from all my running I may switch it up to running every other day and swimming the other days. Just…
