Tea - Do you count as water?

Every day (less so on the super warm days) I have some decaffeinated tea in the morning. Nothing in it, just tea. Do you count this towards your water count for the day?

I do, I drink cups of green tea with a stick of cinnamon in it and yes I count it towards my water intake.

I drink multiple cups of tea per day black, green and herb and consider them a part of my water intake.

I count mine as water. Some people countit as only half a glass, others won't count it at all. It seems to just depend on personal preference.
  • Hmm. Sounds good thanks. Maybe I'll only count it as half, then it will motivate me to drink more water! :)
