You are two pounds from goal? Adjust your calorie intake upwards, and keep working out. If you can't get through your workouts without feeling dead tired all the time, something is off. If you can't get through them because your body hurts, you need rest (or to look at your form, which could be off).

Ummm, you have the answer to your problem IN your OP. Calorie calculators say you need 2000-2100 calories a day if you are exercising and you are eating 4-500 fewer calories than suggested? Your body isn't getting the fuel it needs to put up with the workouts you are doing AND your life. Eat more.

For me? A good calorie is one that keeps me full and keeps me fueled. A bad calorie is one that taste damn amazing, but generally outside of just enjoying the food is worthless. The trick? Balancing the two to stay full, happy, and downward trending.

Are you measuring the foods you are eating? Guesstimating your intake can screw you over completely. Also, if you are eating mostly prepackaged stuff, the sodium alone coupled with your water intake could account for the lack of change. Should also be noted that weight can fluctuate huge amounts during the day.

I agree on HIIT. I'm a big guy obvs, but I'd much rather spend 20 minutes going as hard as I can for a minute as often as I can (with intervals growing longer as my stamina improves) than going half assed for an hour and a half on the treadmill.
