Check out the blogs on this site http://www.pcosdietsupport.com/ they have been really helpful to me and I have started to lose weight again, mainly by concentrating on the gluten free part. I hope they help you too

I am about to attempt Insanity for the second time. The first time I got to week 7 and had to give up. It is a brilliant program, last time I lost a load of inches and really enjoyed (and hated) it. You really need to take measurements and photos to compare befores and afters. Will send you an FR

I like these challenges! I now do short bursts of exercise everytime I go to make a tea/coffee. Today is doing a sort of incline press up (put hands on worktop edge, take a big step back and do the press up from there) and also arm curls with bottle of water.
