Hi from South Wales :)

Hi I'm Jen. I did my first ocr last year and loved it so much that I have signed up for three this year (first one is a short (6k) in 12 weeks)

£350/month isn't that bad! We are a family of four and I have spent over £100/week for the last two weeks in Aldi and that doesn't cover everything we eat in a week.
-
Brian you made me laugh! Great first step, keep putting one foot in front of the other and the pounds will disappear :)

I have PCOS. I will send you an FR

Our local spar sells individual portions of Nutella with a little stick to eat it with, my daughter loves them!

I have an open diary, unfortunately my logging has been very poor over the last two weeks but if you look before that I was very consistent at logging all my food.
-
I'm from the UK (as are a lot of people on here) If you put the supermarket/brand name in with the food item you should be able find the right one a lot easier.

^^^^ This! I'm 5' nothing, female in my (ahem) mid thirties and my bmr per scoobyworkshop is 1348, with the recommendation I eat 1450 plus exercise calories to lose 0.5lbs/week I would be super cranky if I ate less than that. BUT what works for some doesn't work for all!

I'm gluten free to help with my PCOS always happy to have new friends x

I LOVE sprouts roasted with bacon (but bacon doesn't stay in our fridge long enough to do it very often).
Oh god no way! I'm 5 ft. I used to be 7 stone and I was a healthy bmi! But I had no muscle now training I don't expect to get anywhere near my old weight as I will be all muscle! And I'm not worried about a gain although I am at the very top of my healthy bmi... I'm just checking that I'm doing it all correctly as…

I'll give it a go!
Interesting recipe. I would have never considered eggs with kale. I will be trying this soon. Thanks
If I have run out of spinach, I will put Kale in my fritattas and enjoy

Depends on why you have to adhere to the diet! I have to be gluten free so a primal diet isn't that far a jump. To be honest I do miss nice bread but have suffered the consequences of testing the intolerance. I don't go as low carb as some do, I love my fruit and veggies too much.
-
I make "frittata muffins" while I'm cooking dinner and store them in the fridge for the next day or so, works really well when i'm in a rush in the mornings.

Not sure if this will help with the texture, but I have wrapped them up in smoked salmon (lox?) or parma ham (prosciutto) before and that was really nice.
