Hi guys & girls, Just a quick update since I last posted this I've now lost half my original starting weight, a total so far of 196lbs and a magazine has been in touch to offer e cash to sell my story. Mental! I'm still completely blown away by the response to the blog post that Nicola wrote. Thanks again guys x

Cheers guys, I'm not sleeping too well at the moment due to the knee and I don't think that is helping with my mood and general outlook. Hopefully the discomfort will ease and I'll get some quality rest. I spent time last night working on clean meal plans and a shopping list, hopefully this will give me a sense of control.

It's a brilliant feeling, I keep mentally telling myself its more than a quarter of my start weight and that really freaks me out. Can't imagine how I'll feel when I've lost half my start weight.
