Okay so here it is.
I need to lose 56lbs in 86 days to be at my goal weight for our wedding. It's going to be tough but I'm damn sure going to give it my best shot. With the help of my wife to be (love you babe) and my PT I know this is possible. Now is when the serious work starts. Wish me luck and I'll keep you posted.
