Hi folks, I'm worked on maintenance last week... my goal of 30 lbs needs to be reevaluated. SW 193 Challenge SW - 185 CW- 175 GW - 155 total for the challenge 10 lbs of uhealthy fat gone!

my favorite for the moment... 1 apple (honey crisp or jazz) - diced 1/2 cup ff greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp peanut butter - mixed together till smooth topped with 1/4 cup of kashi go lean berry cereal. yummy!

Hi Team, To be honest the past couple of weeks have been difficult, i understood the scale standing still on week 8, but week nine brought a gain of 1.4. I was starting to lose my motivation, but today i'm down 3 lbs, and a total of 10 for the challenge thus far. Gesh, this was much easier when I was younger. :) SW 193…

these all sound great, i if i have bananas that turn brown i peel them, slice in half and put them in the freezer for smooties. my current favorite is: 1/2 banana 1/2 cup frozen mango 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries 1/2 cup greek yogurt tablespoon hershey's cocoa powder dash of vanilla sweetner of choice ice.. blend... Yum E.

congratulations... I'm not from nc, but i quit smoking in april of 2011 after smoking for 20 plus years.... a year later i'm working on the weight i gained and am proud to say can run a 12 minute mile (and routinely run about 25 miles a week). feel free to add me & best of luck on the journey.
