How about swimming? You don't necessarily need to work your arms at all and can just use your legs. Also, it should take the pressure off the arm.

I would suggest booking a session with a trainer who can tell you exactly how things work and what exercises would be best for you. This would be the best thing if you really don't know what you're doing and should help you avoid injury by doing things the wrong way.

Definitely more water, it should be your new best friend. It could also be a certain food making you bloated. Maybe try some experiments and see if you feel more or less bloated afterwards.

I just do some basic stretches 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after. Nothing too strenuous, just some hamstring stretches, thighs, sides and back. I like doing it before because it gets me in the mood and afterwards it allows me to just lower my heart rate, stretch everything out and relax a bit.

I would suggest you try yoga or pilates. Both are really low impact and I find them really relaxing. I have m.e. which I know isn't quite the same but I am restricted. All good advice and also weight loss isn't linear. You won't necessarily lose 1kg or 2 lbs exactly every week. You might go a couple of weeks with no weight loss and then suddenly a big one. Just keep at it and don't get discouraged. You've only been going a few weeks so don't worry that you're doing it wrong. Good luck!
