  • Let's plan on starting tomorrow. I made it throught the first 30 days and now I'm ready for another 30 days. I did not lose much weight but after posting my pictures I can see a difference. tomorrow seems like a good day to start!! :smile:

  • I log it as curcuit training. I use my HRM so I know the exact calories. With 30 Day Shred I burn about 250 calories. When I do the 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism together I burn between 700-720 according to the HRM.

  • I used to enter it under curcuit training (general). I have a HRM now so i adjust the calories burned as needed. However curcuit training is pretty close.

  • I would agree with saving and getting a HR monitor if you want "accurate" results. Thought I would share i just did Free Step on Wii Fit. . . . About 3400 steps in 30 Minutes and my HR monitor said 234 calories burned! I was pleasantly surprised with this since logging it on here it was 145 calories.
  • Well i just got a HR monitor and i used it yesterday while i did Wii Bowling and Jillians 30 day Shred (just to see how big of a difference it was). I was logging it as curcuit training but that number was a little high. My findings: 30 Day Shred = 275 calories (I was in my target HR for 22 minutes out of the 27 Minutes)…

  • 125 calories in 15 minutes of Boxing 92 calories in 15 minutes of Tennis 77 calories in 15 minutes of Bowling This is what I have found for Wii Sport. This is what i use if i log these activities. I had to go in and manually add these.
  • I have been the same way!! I lay in bed for 2-3 hours and dont fall asleep! This has just started the past 2 weeks (this is my 4th week on MFP). I also feel like I have OCD issue about counting calories and such. Im a very organized person but I wouldnt call it OCD. WIERD!
  • I just got the Wii Fit last week. Right now I use my Wii about 45-60 minutes a day (I live in the boondocks and the closest gym is 40 minutes away!) Since the weather will start to turn to being blistering cold soon I am willing to give 30 minutes/5 times a week on the Wii Fit and another 30 minutes of other Wii.
  • I have had many FAILED attempts at not drinking soda! I'm doing better with this attempt though. . . I'm only drinking 1 can every 2-3 days (and I dont really think about it until I see a can)! It used to be easy for me to drink 5-6 cans a day. Hopefully soon enough I will stop drinking it!
