I am starting this DVD again on Sunday. This week I am getting back into the swing of things and counting calories without exercise but on Sunday the exercise begins. I missed 2 days over the holidays so I'm going to do week 4 workout the rest of the week then on Monday the 2nd I am going to start with week 5. I have also had a nasty cold the last few days which has made breathing/exercising hard! I want to go into the second half being able to give it my all!!

I just completed Pure Cardio (Insanity DVD) and its basically the same thing except 1 minutes of each of those and NO rest! Does that count?? :smile:

I did 30DS for 1 1/2 rounds and also did C25K up to week 7 before the snow came. I decided to try out the Insanity program and I am now on week 2 and love/hate it! It's a challenge plus a great workout!! Good luck with whatever program/exercise routine you choose next.

Cheese is my downfall!!! I would eat cheese all day everyday if i could. I also have stopped putting cheese on my sandwhiches however once in awhile i will splurge and put a piece of low sodium cheese on it.

Day 2 . . Done! It honestly wasnt as bad as I thought. . Don't get me wrong, it was NON STOP moving but it was challenging and do-able at the same time!

I have did 1 1/2 rounds of 30DS a d I burned between 200-240. . 86 seems low

I lost 20 lbs in 30 days but I was found 30DS and C25K! I cant imagine the unhealthy habits that would come with the goals you have set. But at that weight and if you busted your but and stuck to your calories it might be do able but I doubt it!
