Got me there. Cause wisdom teeth are such a killer to the vast majority of the population, preventing them from reproducing. Do you even understand how evolutionary pressure works? And domestic animals, and technology, etc.
-
Then kindly explain why the vast majority of people of European descent are NOT lactose intolerant, while the majority of people of Asian and African descent are. Nope, no evolution going on there.

I'm maintaining nicely while consuming quantities that Sisson claims will cause "insidious weight gain". So much for that silly chart. Evolution didn't come to a screeching halt 10,000 years ago. We have continued to evolve (as did our gut flora - which plays a huge role in our digestive system). ONOEZ Insulun spikes!! Got…

I wouldn't worry about it. I drink that much every day. If it's been hot, and you've been sweating a lot, it may help to have something salty. But your water intake is by no means excessive.

^^This^^^ Soy is also less bioavailable than whey, but unless it's your primary source of protein, I wouldn't worry about it much.

The bad ones come from a broken home?
-
These are the only ones that aren't complete nonsense.
-
Apparently this applies to those who consume it as well.

Looks awesome. FYI: Steelhead isn't salmon. It's trout.

LOL. The OP has 2 posts. 1. Creating this thread 9 months ago. 2. Necrobumping it today.

Why do you think this matters in an overall caloric deficit? Are you aware that DNL ONLY occurs during a (rather large) carb overfeeding? Oh the hilarity. Sucrose is comprised of fructose and glucose, yet it's somehow a "simpler" molecule?? Again, irrelevant in an negative caloric balance.

Return it (if you can) and just use regular creatine mono Kre-alkalyn? supplementation has no beneficial effect on creatine-to-creatinine conversion rates. I heard the Donkey Cabbage diet is amazing: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/635529-corn-used-my-man-parts-as-a-speedbag

Cabbage donkeys are gluten-free, ne? You should have hippies lined up for miles.

I'm sure there's a fetish site that has pictures of this exact activity (Rule 34)

Every single one of these is nonsense.

TROLOL. No PubMed or GoogleScholar in yours? http://www.ajcn.org/content/74/6/737.full http://www.ajcn.org/content/74/6/707.full If DNL doesn't occur to a significant degree during overfeeding, what makes you believe that it can occur in a deficit. By "loads", I assume you mean the same 4cal/g as every other carbohydrate.…

LOL, I'm totally stealing that.

Please describe, in detail, the metabolic pathway that allows fructose to be converted to fat in a caloric deficit. Are you trying to imply that HCFS isn't ?
-
 I think your sarcasm meter is broken. You must be poor.
-
Why do you hate poor people? Is it because you think they're stupid?
-
I like how you immediately followed your accusation of "fallacy" with a false-dilemma.
-
What do you perceive as inaccurate about that commercial? It didn't tout HCFS as "health food". The exact words were: "Like sugar, it's fine in moderation".
-
Funny how the "trigger" is usually something they read on the interwebz.

To put things in perspective: Adipose tissue burns around 2cal/lb/day Skeletal muscle burns around 6cal/lb/day So if you lost 10lbs of fat and gained 10lbs of muscle, the difference would be equivalent to a single chocolate chip cookie. Whoopee!

Sorry, wrong answer. But thanks for playing. Ding!Ding!Ding! We have a winner!
