I was horrible on thursday, I went over 500 calories. I just saw it as a learning experience to make better choices and hopefully won't do it again. It's amazing how quick it will add up if you don't pay attention

I eat cocoa puffs they are not as bad as alot of other sweets and I get my choclate fix

I do at least 30 minutes everytime I go to the gym, just started on MFP on Saturday but I fewel i get a good workout

I am currently trying right now. I was on the pill for 11 years my doctor said there was no reason to wait, it is just a little harder to get an accurate due date in the begininng
