I just started jogging and my legs started to itch. When I stopped jogging the itching went away. Is there any connection from the two? If so what is causing it

I just started doing the hula hoop. I did not realize it works your stomach so much! Or maybe its from me constantly bending down to pick it up since i'm not as good as when I was a kid:laugh:

How bad is diet pop for you?
I use to drink alot of regular pop. I have managed to switch over to diet but I still drink alot. I have been drinking water also but I'm just wondering is diet pop really that bad for you. It has 0 calories
