Does anyone have any idea how many calories are burned doing the hula hoop it is not listed

    No idea, but I use one myself, it's fun. I was doing it this morning while watching tv. :smile:

    Try the activity calculator at caloriesperhour.com. They list hula dancing (close?) as an activity. You have to enter your weight and length of time and it will calculate the calories burned. They have an amazing list of activities. Hope this helps.

    200 calories if you work out for 30 minutes
