One of my MFP friends told me to start jump roping. I am going to go and by a jump rope today, and start doing this. I HATE running/jogging with a passion and am in need of a good cardio workout and she claims that this is it. She said that 10 minutes of it and you are pooped out, give it a try! We can share our results.:flowerforyou:

I dance to a fast oldies CD that my husband made up of all my favorite old songs. (Like "Love Shack", Wild, Wild West", "Mony, Mony", "Footloose", and "Gloria")
It's free, (unlike a gym!) fun, and I can even watch tv at the same time, so I never get bored!
Maybe you could try dancing too.0 -

Try Turbo Jam! I found it on Amazon for $10, or you can buy the newest one at Beach Body.com. It like kickboxing crossed with dance- it's so fun and you can do the 20 minute workout. Good luck!0
