  • Welcome, I am starting back running using also. I am using a 5k app on my phone to get me started this time.   • I am in category 1 and 3. I never liked meat, even as a child and I believe it is a healthier diet.
  • I gave up creamer and started drinking it black about 3 weeks ago. I actually don't miss the creamer. It was hard at first but I am getting used to drinking it black now.
  • I actually tried this before and I did lose the weight I wanted too. However, as soon as I started eating again, I gained it all back plus. I have found that the best way to lose weight is through eating a well balanced diet and exercise.
