1 cup yogurt, 2 packets of splenda or truvia, 1 cup of blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries, 8 grams of nuts, and a sprinkle of something crunchy--like cereal. I have it twice a day. It's as good as almost any dessert. Yum! Yum!
