Good advice above. Try and get the Yoga in if you can. Just start with the first 60 minutes. I truly think it is an important part of the program. Add me if you would like some extra support. I've completed P90X three times now and it has really helped me with my fitness and overall well being. Good luck

I think P90X is a great option. You can modify P90X to suit. Let me know if you have any questions. I have completed 3 rounds of P90X and I love it.

Hi Scases, I started with the Lean Version for my first round. In retrospect the classic version is a better choice. I would recommend subbing out Plyometrics with Cardio X to begin with. Plyo is very hard on the knees etc, especially of you haven't worked out for a while. The 5 pound weights and resistance bands will work…
