Welcome back. This is a great place. Log everything u put in ur mouth. Get a good nights rest, drink plenty of water, eat clean, eat as close to calorie allowance as possible without going over and don't go under ur already on a decline. I cook everyday I'm home. I work two jobs so this week I will only cook four days because i work two days and Saturday is my oldest son's 17th bday. He wants to go out so that's what were going to do.

I was a 36DDD until I started losing that bra underlay aka back fat. I am not a 34 DDD. It's hard to find a big cup size with a smaller back size. I was getting the butterfly bra from Ashley Stewards... It's two bras in one huge support but they don't go lower than a 36ddd. Good luck

Just do it. Get a partner. Start off walking. Exercise is not only good for getting the pounds off but giving u piece of mind. It's a huge stress reliever. Get a DVD u like. Exercise with ur favorite music.

Hello. Im Mercy. This is a great place to lose weight, get information, learn about healthy eating and products. Log everything u put in ur mouth. Get plenty of rest, get moving, drink lots of water and weigh ur food. U will have a bad day it's okay. Don't let that one bad day turn into weeks. Good luck on ur journey.

I do cardio for 45-60 prior to doing strengh training. The cardio is going to take the weight off. The strengh training will tone ur body. You need both
