I agree with the other poster. You want to lift heavy. You don't want to go to light. The lifting is going to tone your body. Take before pictures and measurements. You may see the scale go up some, this is muscle gain. Eat as clean as possible, this will also give you a nice toned look. You will need the extra calories to…

I eat every 2-3 hours clean foods, drink plenty of water and get in about 1500 calories prior to going to the gym. I stop eating around 6 or 7 and burn a where between 300-900 calories 5…

You look great. Don't worry about the scale. Eat healthy, eat clean. A major part of losing weight is what you eat. Drink plenty of water and keep moving. I am at a stall to but I will keep pushing u do the same.

I agree pb2 is about 45 calories. I do a spinanch smootie. I use two cups of spinach, two tbsp pb2, 3/4 cup almond milk, 50z cup of greek yogurt any flavor, banana. I sometimes add a scoop of whey protein

i have the Poar FT4 and I love it. I find that the machines at the gym and mfp over estimate the amount of calories burned. I trust my HRM.

I do one most mornings.. 2 handfuls of spinanch, two tbsp of pb2, 3/4 cup almond milk, any flavor greek yogurt, one ripe banana and blend. It will come out green but the taste is amazing. U can replace pb2 with your protein powder.

I scoot to the edge of the chair, have my legs straight out with my arms back and push my weight off the chair. There are also wall…
