I'm not from texas but wanted to wish everyone good luck. What are you doing specifically to lose weight? I am doing rather well with a meal replacement shake and no its not slim fast :) but is an amazing product that has changed my life! 47lbs down, so close! would love to hear how you guys are losing it.

I am not a diabetic but my father is. He does a meal replacement shake called body by vi. It is lactose free, has less than 1 gram of sugar and only 7 carbs.
