I eat dinner early with my kids, so I usually need to have something after they go to bed (around 8:00). I almost always have a bowl of cereal. I just make sure I weigh it so I don't overeat since I could literally eat an entire box of cereal. As long as it fits in your calories, you should be good! :)

I can't. I eat dinner with my kids between 5-5:30, so I always need a light snack after they go to bed (usually around 8:00).

Settings are accurate. And yes, it has a chest strap. I don't always do steady state cardio (but I do wear my HRM for every workout). I think I'll just start with eating back half and see what happens. Thanks everyone! :)

Weekends are SO hard for me. My husband and I tend to order out on Saturday nights, and most of the time I'll get a salad or something, but there are those nights when I just want a ton of pizza lol. Sunday is usually when I do grocery shopping and food prep for the week, so I guess it's really just Saturday that's hard…

My daughter woke up from her nap before I got to finish my walk on my treadmill, so I kept my heart rate monitor on while I did a few chores (laundry, picking up toys, etc.) so I could log the extra calories. Then I used those extra calories to justify having a cookie dough truffle.

There are definitely worse things you could be eating. This is the first year we'll be coloring eggs (my daughter is almost 3), and I plan on putting them in the fridge and eating them for snacks during that week.

I'd have to agree with the others that it's a pretty aggressive goal. Even losing 2lbs a week, after 16 weeks you'd lose 32lbs. Setting a goal to work toward is definitely a good idea, I would just make it a little less aggressive. I lost 20lbs over 5 months (which was about 1lb a week) before I had my daughter, so that's…
