Confusion about eating back calories burned...
So I know the general rule is to eat about half of whatever MFP says you burn because it's overestimated. I got a HRM recently, and when I do things like walking/jogging, my HRM says that I've burned more than what MFP says. So I'm kind of lost on how many calories I should actually be eating back.

What are your favorite lunches?
I've been having a really hard time coming up with good, healthy ideas for lunch. I was making either tuna sandwiches or grilled chicken salads for a while, but I'm pretty tired of them. I need some inspiration!!

Has anyone ever done Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home dvd's? I'm doing it until I either get my treadmill fixed or get a new one. How would you log this? Aerobics maybe? I don't know...
