Oh yes. I can always tell when it's coming because I want all the chocolate lol.

I always work out mid morning (9-9:30). I can't work out super early, so I get up with my kids and eat breakfast with them, and then work out. But I'm also home with them all day, so I have that time. I know that won't work for everyone.

5'10" SW 202 - size 16 CW 161 - size 12, but I definitely need a belt so I could probably fit into a 10 comfortably! I fit into my size 10 shorts the other day! :)

I have the same breakfast pretty much every morning - 2 scrambled eggs and steel cut oatmeal with honey, peanut butter, and 1/2 a banana. So yummy and it keeps me super full.

I have the same problem! I can do pushups on my knees just fine, but I can't seem to do them on my toes.
-
I do a lot of salads also, but I always add chicken, ground turkey, tuna, etc.

I exercise every day for 30 minutes, although Sunday I do yoga so it's kind of a rest day for me.

Feel free to add me! :)

We usually have tacos here once a week. We do ground turkey instead of ground beef, and I use corn tortillas instead of the huge flour ones that my husband likes. Tacos definitely aren't unhealthy unless you eat like 10 of them lol. As far as pizza goes, English muffins or flatbreads don't really do it for me, but I…

I've tried strawberry Shakeology a couple of times. My favorite recipe for it is 8oz of almond milk (or liquid of your choice), 1 cup mixed berries, 1/2 a banana, and ice. I also like the strawberry banana recipe that someone else posted. If you go to shakeology.com you can find more recipes.

I did the exact same thing! I'm a 30 (almost 31) year old mother of 2, and I still have about 20lbs to lose. If you want an accountability buddy, you can message me anytime! Having the support of others helps a ton, at least for me. You got this, mama! :)

I actually maintained my weight over Christmas and New Year's. If we're talking since Thanksgiving, then I gained about 3lbs.

For breakfast, I always do steel cut oatmeal and vegetable egg cups. I make a big batch of oatmeal at the beginning of the week and then portion it out and store it in the fridge. I add a little peanut butter and sliced banana. The egg cups are super easy too (let me know if you'd like the recipe!). For lunch, I usually do…

I've lost about 15lbs over the past few months. It really could have been more, but I've definitely been slacking a bit lately (read: during the holidays lol). So I have another 15-20lbs that I'd like to lose, and I'm going to be much more consistent and really stick to the programs that I've been using. More specifically,…

Feel free to add me as well (anyone!). I started out with 50lbs to lose, and I'm down to about 18 to go. I'd love to help support and motivate anyone I can! :)

I'm in Western MA and I'm a stay-at-home mom to two little girls!

I'm with you! I'm a stay at home mom of two kids (3 and 1) and my husband works 2nd shift. It's hard, but lately I've started working out while my little one is napping. My 3 year old likes to work out with me (or just sit and watch me haha). It's either that or I do it after they go to bed, which I hate doing. Once…
