I will give you some of mine but they might be boring. I don't do dairy or red meats but I will share some of what I like to eat that heat up well. Lunch is grilled chicken breast 1/3 or sometimes 1/2 baked yam with broccoli. Then another meal would be chicken breast with boiled red potatoes with spinach mix salad dash of oil dressing. I also do ground turkey cooked with a little taco seasoning with 1/2 cup Mexican rice with a veggie or salad . Another is ground turkey mixed with some stewed tomatoes and black beans mixed together with some chili seasoning. Most friends I know that meal prep go with 4-6 ounces of your cooked grilled meat , a good starch like yam or something like that then a veggie . I do protein shakes 1-2 times per day as my smaller meals and that usually has frozen fruit so that's why I don't eat fruit at my meals. Hope that helps0

I am on a 400 cal a meal allowance so I make extra dinner the night before and pack another portion away for lunch the next day. That way I only have to worry about breaky and dinner. I wish I could be more help but I am at home now so don't really have to eat on the run.0

To avoid fast food, leave your cash and credit cards at home? For gas get a gas only credit card or a gift card?0

For breakfast, I always do steel cut oatmeal and vegetable egg cups. I make a big batch of oatmeal at the beginning of the week and then portion it out and store it in the fridge. I add a little peanut butter and sliced banana. The egg cups are super easy too (let me know if you'd like the recipe!). For lunch, I usually do salad with either grilled chicken or ground turkey. Dinners are different every night because I cook for my husband and kids as well, but I still try to keep it healthy. Spaghetti with homemade meatballs and sauce, tacos (I make my own seasoning), baked chicken with sweet potatoes and veggies, meat loaf with roasted potatoes and veggies, etc. My snacks are usually some kind of fruit, sometimes nuts (I love a sliced apple with cinnamon and chopped walnuts - so yummy!). Hope this helps!0

I make lots of stews in my crock pot & freeze individual servings. On long days, I throw a couple of those in my insulated lunch/dinner bag along whatever else I plan to eat: hard boiled egg, baked sweet potato, fruit, carrots & peanut butter in a little container, slice of cheese, dry cereal, yogurt, etc.0
