  • My diet is for the most part vegetarian and i get most my protein from egg whites and salmon. Along with dairy and skim milk, i meet all my protein requirements. It's a lot more difficult if you are vegan =/ but I'm sure its doable, i just don't know and can't provide any further information there.
  • I love fruit too and i eat it daily, just not much. I'll usually half a cup- to a full cup of berries such as strawberries or blueberries. If i'm making a whey protein shake that day, most of it goes into my shake. =]
