Yes, you can drink too much water. Google 'Water Intoxication'. 10 pints is 160oz. Way too much in my opinion.

Saving calories to another day makes absolutely zero sense. Treat every day as a new day, a clean slate. Extra calories do not carry-over.

When you eat doesn't matter! Not eating at night is a myth. You HAVE to eat after working out, or you won't properly recover.

Get the carton of just egg whites if it really bothers you. It's more expensive, but you don't have a yolk to throw away.

Absolutely! To answer your other question, I like some curviness; I guess that would classify as inbetween. Pair that up with self-confidence and watch out! :)
