Fat doesn't transform into muscle...ever. You need to eat more calories during the day, and start a cardio/strength training regimen if you want to lose belly fat.

I have one (trainers are free at my company gym), and I love having the input, and a soundboard for my concerns and ideas. I am 100% sure I would not be where I am today without him.

Do not rely on the opinions of others for something that is going to be permanently on your body. You really need to figure that out for yourself.

You can do it! If the headache gets really bad, take one Excedrin; it has a small dose of caffeine in it, and will help get by. After a week you'll be fine.

I drink at least 4 cups of hot green tea each day (along with 10+ glasses of water). Love it!

You can't 'spot' lose or target love handles. Just keep up your cardio and weight training and watch your diet.

The only people I notice at the gym are my friends, and whoever is using the weights/rack I need. Everybody else is invisible. Don't worry about it at all.

Boy, Mondays are the best for me. The day I get back in the gym after 2 days off. I can't wait to hit the weights!! Friday's are the hardest day for me. I generally have to work later on Friday than any other day, so that throws off my gym time. I try to still get there on Fridays, but it is definitely a challenge.

High intensity cardio and lower caloric intake is really what will help.

I ride! I have 3 bicycles in my stable right now. I commuted to work (30 miles daily) for about 10 years. Love it!

I stopped drinking soda and coffee 10 years ago. After a while you don't even think about it anymore.
