I sent you a FR! I log on everyday and I am getting back into running again. I used to be an avid runner in high school.

Been shooting guns since I was 4 or 5 and started hunting when I was 12. I haven't been in a few years, but I want to get back into it when life slows down a bit.

2.3 miles down today!

Testing out my ticker before I go for a run tonight!

I'm sorry that you are going through depression and EDNOS. I've battled depression a couple of times in the past, and the last time I ended up borderline anorexic. Luckily I had a great support system, so I was able to get the help I needed to keep me from getting in too deep. Depression is such a hard thing to get…

1. I have red hair. My husband has red hair. My kid has red hair. We are preserving the species. 2. The sound of cardboard rubbing on cardboard makes me want to vomit. 3. I used to be a hotel maid. Never again. 4. I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan. BUT, I started reading them way before they were popular, so I didn't join in…

I'm on every day, and I love to give support and encouragement! You can add me if you like!

I have a 16 month old who only naps 1-2 times a day :P and I work in the mornings Mon.-Fri. It's hard fitting in a workout when you have a little one. My husband and I invested in a jogging stroller, so I bundle my son up and take him on my walks/runs. He really enjoys getting to go outside, and if it is warm enough, we…

I'm in! Hopefully April will be a bit warmer for walks/runs!!

I'm not a huge fan of plain water as well. Recently I've been letting my water sit overnight in the fridge with cucumber, lemon, and mint. It's not a lot of flavor, but it's so refreshing. I've really been enjoying it.

I've been having trouble making calorie goals lately also. I switched my milk to a higher fat version (whole), and I've been eating more peanut butter.
-
Some coconut, walnuts, a little brown sugar, and some milk. I prefer steel cut oats unless I'm making refrigerator oatmeal. My fave refrigerator oatmeals are banana with chocolate and plain greek yogurt OR peaches, a touch of vanilla creamer, and plain greek yogurt.

I sent you a request! Anyone can add me!

I don't have a Best Buy in my town, but I'll look up some Timex ones on Amazon. Timex seems like a trustworthy brand. Plus, my dad always wore Timex watches when I was a kid :)

I saw that one today while I was out shopping, and I am thinking about getting it. I really like the price!! I saw a couple others at another store that were $25-$30 that were a different brand from the Wal-Mart one. I over analyze eveything and feel the need to research a ton before I make an investment (even if it is…

I added you! Anyone else can also add me because I'm also in need of friends to keep me motivated, especially for these first couple of months!

I was a SAHM for a while too, and I just started working again part time in November. I sent a friend request! I'm also needing some friends, so anyone can add me!

Mine is Dr. Pepper. I tried quitting cold turkey, but I got some MASSIVE headaches, so I've been slowly cutting back over the last month or two. I used to drink 40 oz. or so a day, but I'm down to 20 oz. every couple of days. Plus, I've added in WAY more water.

[/quote] Also, perhaps you might have a slight lactose intolerance? I can still eat cheese in small amounts, but milk makes my stomach upset (I've switched to almond and sometimes coconut, which, I personally find more tasty anyway). You mentioned getting tested for allergies when you were younger, I don't think it would…

Thank you for the websites! I was EXTREMELY active when I was in high school and the first 2-3 years of college, but after I quit my job at the gym, I kind of fell off the exercise wagon. It feels good to be back on!

That sounds delicious!

I am making the switch to whole milk this week after I finish off the last half gallon of 2% in my fridge. My 1 yo drinks whole milk, so that won't be a problem. I forget to add the olive oil into my diary!! I need to remember that in the future. I used to hate peanut butter, but when I was pregnant, I ate PBJs to get my…

I was tested for a gluten intolerance when I was younger, and it came back negative, so I still eat wheat, but I have been thinking of cutting it out just to see if that would make any difference. Nuts, fish, etc. with good fats don't make me sick that I notice. I have talked to a nutritionist/dietician in the past, and…

I'm adding you. I really need friends to keep me accountable. I'm just looking to get back in shape and eat healthier. I want to maintain my weight (+/- 5lbs.).
