Ok - I forgot to post about other BB programs - I own several - I tried Combat - I do enjoy the Combat style workout that comes with Les Mills Pump, but the Combat workout program I didn't care for....but I know a lot of people who loved it. It just wasn't for me and wasn't working for me. I also bought RevAbs - I never…

I did SI6 and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a LONG way to go at the time and have lost a lot since then, but in my 6 weeks I lost about 20 lbs. The first 2 weeks is nothing - it does get harder. The last 2 weeks is much more intense - the leg work gets tough. I got kind of bored with it by the last couple weeks I will…

You're welcome - the idea behind the Sal Acid (which is Salicylic Acid btw) is to dissolve the dead skin and "stuff" that clogs your pores and causes the bumps. I would think any type of oil would be more clogging, but it can't hurt to try it.

You want to use lotion with Sal Acid in it - AmLactin or CerVe SA are both OTC options at the local drug store that will help. (I am a Medical *kitten*'t for a derm and that's what we give)

My first hamster (when I was in 4th grade) was named Ziggy - I love it! My cats are: Rocky (short for Rocky Road) - he's a striped Tabby and Schnitzle (after a cartoon character) - she's a sweet loveable tortie My kids named them - they are siblings

I had a stress fracture quite a few years ago - if I wear the wrong shoes or walking around barefoot (or exercise barefoot) it aggrivates it. I find wearing sneakers really helps. There are some various wraps and things available online and in stores, but I couldn't tell you which is best for that case. HTH :)

I agree with the walking - it's much lower impact - water walking is great - or just outside. The Walking DVDs are awesome too - I have one that I do occ with my kids (trying to get them to move more)

Yes! :) I started on Monday too. Are you sore? My legs are sore so far but today I added in more weights so I suspect there will be a diff tomorrow.
