Hi, I know that after you eat really good and healthy for awhile your metabolism adjust to it. So try having one high calories day a week to shock your metabolism . :) I hit plateau for roughly 6 months until i tried that and it works :) add me :)

I never need a cup of coffee to wake up. Usually just go for a morning jog the i'm awake. Although! I love that people love coffee lol Imma open up a coffee shop soon so please keep drinking haha

My going is to keep going no matter how hard it is to reach it :) ( this applied to every goals in my life ;weight loss, my business, relationship, etc) Don't be afraid to fail because thats the proof that you have at least try it.

No but as far as I know diet pills never give you a lasting results. Ive tried a few myself. Nothing beats exercise and eating healthy.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL OMG!! LOL Even though I am at 125lbs now , I still wear pant size 9. It was a lot lot worst before when I was 170lbs. I had to wear size 13 and it was really tight! I lost a lot of weight and now i feel like developed "flaps'" on my thighs. My buddy has been helping me with legs workout to firm it up…

Could be water weight. You also burn calories while you are sleeping as well. The most accurate weight is in the morning when you wake up after you urinate.

I snack on on sweet fruits like oranges, strawberries, kiwis or plums. I used tobe addicted to chocolates so I started drinking chocolate protein shakes , now I'm drink chocolate shakeology

Banana is a great snacks for night time it keeps you full. fruits like oranges, berries . its good to keep them in the fridge.
