I walked 4.1 miles in an hour and a half. Not my best pace and I was carrying my pup for over a mile of that. Then I came home and COMPLETED round 1 of 30 day shred. That's huge for me. I have never done the full work out. I am on cloud nine right now and feeling amazing.

Keep at whatever you do. You will get there. I just started the 30 day shred again after not using it for 2 years. I am about the same weight as I was then (240#) but today was the first day I made it all the way through. I feel amazing. Don't give up

I do see a doctor but they don't really know how to treat me. There was one med that worked but it affected my heart to the point I spent 5 days in the hospital and almost ended up with a pacemaker. Once I stopped the med my heart is fine.

I don't track my water but I do drink 5-6 24 ounce bottles a day plus usually at least 2 16 ounce bottles on my walk. I will start tracking sodium too. I have chronic issues with not being able to poop for up to 6 weeks at a time. (I know that sounds completely unbelievable and if I didn't live it I wouldn't believe it…

I started with MFP 3 years ago. I lost 60# in 4 months. Then I got sick and was on bed rest for 4 months. By then I didn't care that much anymore. I have kept off 50# but I am ready to lose another 75 or so. I have been back for 25 days and feeling so much better. Add me. I need motivational friends.

Oroweat healthfull nutty bread. I eat usually about 3 pieces a day. I think about it all day and night. Its a sickness I bake. A LOT. I can bake 500 cookies in a day and not even be tempted to have a taste. However, I see a loaf of that bread on the counter and I have to eat some.

I LOVE COFFEE and I like it sweetened. I use flavored creamers and skip the sugar. I LOVE omletes. I eat them as often as I have time to make them. I skip cheese and meat and go for 3 whole eggs instead. Tons of veggies. When the rest of my family is eating something I don't want I almost always go for eggs.
