I did Level one n on day 1 of level 2 my knees ached so badly that I couldnt even walk for a week. Wonder what i did wrong.

Hey I completed Day 8 today. Weighed myself on Day 6 and I had lost 2.2 pounds (1 kilo) too. :happy:

It gets much easier on Day 5. But its gonna be hard till then. But stick with it. I am just finished Level 1 Day 8. :)

I just saw your pics. You can lose that weight. And whenever I feel depressed I just go through the success stories. See their pics. If they can do it, so can we. Plus what emanyalpsid said. :) All the best and congratulations. :)

Day 7 today. No bodyaches this time making me wonder whether I have become more fit or whether I am doing something wrong. :tongue: I am bored of Level 1 and scared of Level 2. Seems much more complicated and tougher than Level 1. But looking forward to it.

I added roasted peanuts and bananas to my snacks. Thanks for all the info. Its too cold here for ice cream. But summer will soon be here. :)

Yeah. Rice has a lot of calories. Not all Indians eat rice. Punjabis rarely eat rice. I eat roti/chapatti. Rice maybe twice a week. :)

LOL. No. I think one of the problems is that calories for Indian food might not be properly entered in the database.

Even I would like to know this. But not about best time to exercise. I want to know how long after a meal can one exercise. And if working out early in the morning then should one eat a little and then exercise??
