I avoided the OTHER 3/4 of my 3 muskateers bar!!! Had enuf will power to savor only 1/4 of that delicious heavenly chocolate laden.....oh i degress!!! :blushing:

5'9" only because I had back surgery and age :).... currently 252 lbs, (wt was 330 in dec 2005) goal wt is 170-180....have lost 163 lbs in the past with lap band that put me at 183 and i looked a little "unhealthy" then...so i will determine goal wt as i approach it! :wink:

have your thyroid levels tested too!!! I take a packet of vitamins from Women to Women which have really helped by energy level! you can check em out online hope that helps!!!
