This is slightly strange. Just to contribute, 1-2 times a day>_>

I normally order either one of the paninis or the chicken noodle soup (NOT in the bread bowl)

A lot of people use the mobile version that does not allow you to edit your profile.

No. Some of the more 'active' (if you know what I mean) girls might, but most respectable girls will not care about looks.

The hardest for me is after I get down with my classes and I get home!

If you have good self control and can eat 1 slice, go for it! Or maybe invite 7 other friends over (presuming the pizza has 8 slices) and give them each a slice:3

Same here! I'm between sizes too so it's really frustrating. The pants I wear are really loose around my waist but I can't fit into lower sized jeans because of my butt! Ahh. I feel your pain. I would say just focus on the weight loss and then suddenly you'll notice "Hey wait a minute, these are size 16 pants. WHOOOO!"

Eat and stay as close to the maintence goal as possible and start doing toning workouts. seventeen.com has some great ones. Just search for toning exercises.

No, I haven't tried sweeteners :O I'll give them a try next time I hit the grocery store

Cube steak and Nutella. Both are fattening but I always cut the serving size in half so I feel better knowing I didn't eat as many calories as I could have.

If you make it the same everytime make your own recipe. Or if you know how many calories normal sugar and cream cheese is, just take those calories away and then add in the calories of the stuff you add.

I only looked at and still only look at calories. Although now I look at cholestrol and fat as well. Don't drive yourself mad over following all the guidelines. Going over a bit on sugar or fat never hurt anyone.

-Say you'd rather stay home or don't want to eat out -Get water or diet soda (helps cut off nearly 300 calories) -Have chefs box half the meal if possible, or if you have good self control, only eat half. (Makes a 600 calorie meal only 300 calories) -Order BROILED or BAKED fish if you can, never fried. -Don't get any sides…

On the MFP site under tools they have a calculator that says how many calories your burn doing nothing at all. I would say to maintain the weight to eat those calories, or if you still plan to exercise then to eat back the calories you burned

I would: A) Simply tell him "Dude, leave me alone. I'm here to lose weight, not to socialise." B) Tell staff that he's bothering you C) If nothing at all works, find a new gym or find a different time to go to the gym.

I drink 2-3 bottles of Polan Spring a day

I used to do Zumba too! It's an amazing class and I burn nearly 700 calories an hour doing it. I'm trying to get back going to Zumba 1-2 times a week, the gym 1 time a week, 3 days a week walking, and then one day of rest. I've lost 27 pounds (as you can see by the ticker below) so far, and I haven't even been doing Zumba,…

Shh...Don't tell anyone:)

I weigh myself everyday after I use the bathroom. I find it's more accurate when your body is at a 'natural' weight, like you haven't added any food or drinks into the system, or added heavy clothes (normally pajamas are light and add little if any weight). Plus, its also easier to see how your weight fluctuates. I would…

The ideal weight for my height/weight is 115-130ish, so I wanted to be a bit below that at 125.
