About how many pounds do I have to lose to drop pant sizes?
I'm really looking to get down to at least, if not below , a size 8 pant. Right now I'm size 14/16. I remember reading somewhere that theres an 'x' amount of pounds between each size. Sorry if it's confusing, but altogether how many pounds should I lose to be around a size 8 pant?

When I drink tea I add two teaspoons of sugar-is it bad?
Because I *cannot* have tea without some sugar. I only have 1-2 cups of tea a day, and the other foods I eat have a low-mid amount of sugar in them, so it's not like I'm overloading. When should I expect to be at my goal weight?
I've lost 26 pounds so far and I have 53 pounds left to go, yaay. I lose around 2 pounds a week. Basically I'm asking you to check my math, and if I'm wrong, what's the correct answer. 53 divided by 2 is 26.5, so should I expect to be at my goal weight in 27 (rounding up) weeks? Around May/June?

I'm eating too few calories, but I'm always full
I eat around 900 calories a day, but everyone tells me it's too low. Breakfast- Krave Cereal (160ish calories) Lunch- Normally skip Dinner- Varies every night but normally stays around 400 calories Snacks- Around 200.
