didnt even know there was one.
-
But i didnt tell anyone to eat 1200 calories a day. In my original post there was none of my diet even mentioned. Just to do Zumba.
-
thankyou for your kind words. Im honestly in tears.

dont insult me. Im not stupid. I know what you are saying and I just dont agree. that doesn't make me dense and it doesn't mean im not listening. It just means my opinion is different than yours. that's your opinion! GREAT! You're entitled to it. you dont live my life, you dont live in my body and you dont have to face the…

im not doing it to save face. Im being put under fire and being picked apart .Anyone who feels they are genuinely being attacked would do the same thing. I didnt say anything that I didnt mean.
-
no i didnt lol I was just saying I lost weight with zumba. how many others have lost weight doing it? tons , thats why its so freakin popular.

[/quote] What was the motive behind posting the success story though? If you just wanted to get it out, and have it be known, keep it to your profile or a blog so then your friends would know and say. You did a great job. When you put it out there, with as little background information as you provided, you are promoting…

this was not in my original post though...i didnt mention it until someone asked me about it. And I was being honest.
-
There is a section called motivation and support. When most people post a success story , it because they are proud of what they have accomplished and want to share it with others.
-
as I have been saying , I just NOW put my profile on private to prevent un needed criticism. I didn't tell anyone to eat 1200 calories a day. All I said was to do Zumba. Thats it. And I didnt say i lost a ton of weight either...14 lbs is not unheard of. I lost inches.
-
I just put my profile on private because of this. i didnt make deceptive claims. you are picking this apart to be something more than it is. I was posting MY success story. My own personal success. not yours or anyone elses... everyones results are different. Everyone has a different STORY. If I choose not to divulge my…

thankyou and how would I incorporate weights? Is there certain excersizes better than others?
-
Its honestly none of anyones buisness. This post was not about my PCOS . It was about me doing zumba and being happy with my results. there are other things factoring in that doesnt concern anyone but my doctors and I. So thanks for your concern, but its not needed.
-
As do I.
-
No. Its not. Because she is not by any means familiar with my doctor and dietitian.
-
Im not starving myself...I still eat and I eat a RAW Vegan diet that is Gluten free under the supervision of a nutritionist and a doctor. Once I lose the initial weight my workouts will be reduced with the same amount of calorie intake As I said, everyone is different. People lose weight at different rates. you guys are…
-
thankyou for that! I was getting somewhat upset. People just dont want to read what you have to say before jumping to conclusions. they know nothing about . Everyone is different. and wow! top 10% thats awesome!
-
A doctor who has graduated at the bottom the class is still a doctor...which im sure you are not. Secondly, if you were truly concerned you would have messaged me about it ....but you didnt, so the point of posting it was just to be an *kitten* and bash me. So yeah call it having my panties in a bunch or whatever, but it…

This is only for 6 weeks. Once again not promoting my diet. Promotiong Zumba. I am not telling anyone to eat 1200 calories a day and work out for as much as i do.
-
Please read my previous post. This is under supervision. I was by no means talking about my diet. I was talking about doing Zumba and Yoga. I was not promoting my diet.
-
I am on a strict regimen from a nutritionist and a doctor for my PCOS syndrome. I do not go over 1200 calories a day and i do not eat back excersie calories. This is under supervision and I do not recommend others do the type of activity I do with the low intake of food without discussing it with your health provider…

Ok first of all Im not promoting a low calorie Diet. I am promoting doing zumba and yoga, which has proven results. I am under the care of a nutritionist and a doctor for an underlying medical condition i have that has nothing to do with disorders. I have PCOS and my nutritionist has informed me not to eat back my calories…
