I have this problem too, but they won't get one. I can bring my own. I wanted something that I could clip on equipment. Was hoping someone would suggest which kind/brand works for them. Anyone?

Those days are over for me, but at least 3 days out of 7 day flow, I couldn't exercise. My flow was so heavy that I couldn't do anything. Walking, sitting, sleeping, etc was a major problem. I think the suggest to take care of yourself and rest and eat less calories on those days might be better solution. I feel for you…
