A little muscle soreness is to be expected especially when first starting a lifting program. one thing ive noticed is alot of people doing stronglifts 5x5 do 5x5 on deadlifts by accident instead of 1x5 which the program recomends

Ive been following the plan for about a month and have noticed strength gains but not much size gains yet. exelent book and enjoying the work outs but i must say i dont enjoy the day afer leg day

is that the app or the book? in the dvd he hasnt set any time frames for anything or any instruction on how to use it, apart from that its great

Make sure you break the saddle in properly before the event aswell or use your old saddle:cry:
