Any body know how you are supposed to use the three workout routines (Timed sets, Pyramids and circuit training)
do i do all three in a week or do i stick with one?

    I'm not sure as I'm only on day 2 of the 10 week - all I can say is OUCH! LOL

    is that the app or the book? in the dvd he hasnt set any time frames for anything or any instruction on how to use it, apart from that its great
